J.B. oversees the day-to-day financial operations and project management for C.R. Buildworks. Working closely with both office and field leadership, he helps guide the company’s strategic growth while ensuring projects run efficiently and responsibly.
Drawing on Lean Six Sigma principles, J.B. has helped implement systems and processes that have significantly improved efficiency and results across the organization. These efforts have played a key role in helping C.R. Buildworks grow more than 700% over the past six years.
In addition to his work with C.R. Buildworks, J.B. has founded and invested in several successful ventures, including American Transportation, JAX Diner, Foxbow Development, and Trade Brewing.
