Before moving into project management, Banyan worked his way up through the field as a carpenter, foreman, and superintendent. His background also includes theater stage management, NCAA wrestling, and years performing and teaching internationally—experiences that contribute to his calm leadership style, sense of humor, and ability to communicate effectively with both designers and jobsite teams.
