Julian Webster
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL

Julian’s passion and natural talent for carpentry was discovered as a young apprentice in Vancouver, Canada. In his early days of construction working with concrete, wood, metal framing, interior and exterior finishes set Julian on a life long journey of building excellence. Julian was able to round out his knowledge of being a general contractor and learn the intricacies of building and how to masterfully coordinate them into a beautiful finished product.

In 2003 Julian and his family moved to Carmel, California where he obtained his California Contractors License and formed C.R. Buildworks, continuing his journey of building excellence.

J.B. LEAMER
CFO & PRINCIPAL

J.B. oversees day-to-day financial operations and project management. As a team, we have leveraged lean Six Sigma principles to enhance results and efficiency within C.R. Buildworks. Working in tandem with office and field leaders, we have grown our business over 700% over 6 years. JB was also the founder and investor for multiple companies such as American Transportation, JAX Diner, Foxbow Development, and Trade Brewing.

Alesha Romero
Finance Manager

Alesha is our Finance Manager and part of C.R. Buildworks Executive Team. Her accounting and business management career began in 2003 where she was introduced to the architecture and construction industry. Outside of business management, she has studied and provided architectural drafting services for residential developers. Her work experience includes owning her own accounting business where she supported various industries and starting a nonprofit to support those affected by the 2017 fires in Napa & Sonoma County.

Personally, Alesha is a board member for a local youth sports league while supporting her husband in his own entrepreneurial venture. Her passion for small business, leadership development and personal growth has led her to becoming a trusted leader within CR Buildworks, Inc. Alesha has developed a strong administrative team and is excited about the opportunities ahead.

Banyan Gallagher
Project Manager

Meet Banyan Gallagher, the meticulous maestro behind the scenes at CR Buildworks. As Project Manager, Banyan brings not only a keen eye for detail but also a touch of warmth to every endeavor. With a knack for orchestrating seamless project execution, Banyan ensures that each element of the project aligns with time and money. His dedication to precision is matched by his passion for turning big ideas into warm spaces that tell stories.

Jesse Abeyta
Designer / Project Manager

Jesse is head of the design department specializing in R&D, concept, and schematic design for custom wildfire defense systems. He has a passion for translating complex concepts into practical and efficient schematic designs. He has worked on a diverse range of projects from wildfire defense systems to custom design elements for artisan homes. His commitment to staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies underscores his dedication to delivering designs that are not only efficient but also at the forefront of innovation.

Cody Orona
Operations Manager

Cody is head of operations with the company, ensuring each step in our process is completed in an accurate and timely manner. Cody is responsible for implementing standard operation procedures, and continuously looking for ways to make our processes even more efficient. He takes an analytical approach to review processes and determine what is the best practice. Cody has a knack for extracting even the smallest inefficiencies, and making adjustments where possible to make us the most efficient we can be.

Nate Catalano
Superintendent

Nate began his career in 2003 as a carpenter and then moved onto a foreman position by 2015. He then advanced into a superintendent position with C.R. Buildworks.

Nate believes in a collaborative relationship with his team and that building is not only about the finished product, but the enjoyment of the journey.

Angela Abeyta
Accounts Payable
Angela brings years of construction administration experience to C.R. Buildworks, working closely with the finance team to help maintain accurate financials and build good relationships with vendors & subcontractors. Working with CRB in a collaborative effort to continuously improve, grow and share knowledge makes for a great team!
